KFI Workforce Deployment Solutions arranges all housing accommodations and executes corporate leases. Clients are not responsible for any housing costs or management.
How soon can I get staff at my company?
KFI Workforce Deployment Solutions will only commit to the furnishing of employees after the KFI Workforce Deployment Solutions agreement has been signed by all parties. The timing of onboarding employees can vary from assignment to assignment and depends oftentimes on the availability of housing.

Can I directly hire these employees?
Yes, there are multiple options for converting employees to direct employment.
Do you offer skilled labor for my company?
We currently specialize in entry level manufacturing positions. For example, our staff’s job titles include (but are not limited to): assembly line workers, finishing, picking, packing, general labor, operator, distribution workers, production associate, etc.

KFI Workforce Deployment Solutions specializes in supporting manufacturers across the U.S. KFI Workforce Deployment Solutions is able to provide employees for most manufacturing industries.
Some examples of industries we work with include: high-volume production, warehouses, distribution centers, glass, window, and door production, food production and distribution, lumber and cooperage, foundry and metal production, home appliances, etc.
How does the transportation part of your model work?
KFI Workforce Deployment Solutions provides daily transportation for employees to and from work.
What happens if a KFI Workforce Deployment Solutions employee is not a good fit?
KFI Workforce Deployment Solutions aims for 100% employee retention but if someone is not a good fit, we will coach and/or replace that employee.
How much does this cost?
KFI Workforce Deployment Solutions charges an hourly rate that will be described in our agreement with the customer.
I see there is a minimum of 25+ employees. What if I cannot support onboarding this many new employees at one time?
KFI Workforce Deployment Solutions will work with you to onboard employees in smaller groups, and the details can be worked out in the contractual agreement.
How often are employees paid?
KFI Workforce Deployment Solutions employees are paid weekly.
Are KFI Workforce Deployment Solutions employees Background Checked & Drug Screened?
All KFI Workforce Deployment Solutions employees pass a background check as well as a saliva drug screen prior to onboarding and employment.
